About Executive Secretary Magazine
Executive Secretary Magazine is the official organizer for all Executive Secretary Live events. The magazine is the leading global publication for administrative professionals, and is a finalist in this year’s PPA Independent Publisher’s Business Magazine of the Year category. Founded by Lucy Brazier, it has a training, nurturing and mentoring ethos and carries no advertising, ensuring that subscribers get value from every single page of the publication.

Beginning in 2003, Lucy took over a UK subscription newsletter targeted to senior assistants, and, over the course of eight years of research and building experience, was able to re-launch Executive Secretary as a worldwide training publication. Strategically, this took advantage of a real gap in the market for solid inspirational training for assistants, taking them seriously as business professionals. Moreover, the magazine was created with no marketing budget, exclusively using social media to recruit writers, advertise and more.

Overall the publication is focused on assistants’ personal development and empowering readers to succeed – improving their skills, knowledge and productivity while maximizing contribution to the manager, team and organization.
