Laura Delivers a Master Class to Software Giant Atlassian

Chicago, Illinois — Laura Schwartz was honored to deliver a Master Class to Atlassian’s global practices and programing groups. Atlassian is an Australian software company that develops products for software developers, project managers and other software development teams.

The masterclass included Laura’s thought provoking ideas on turning the optional into opportunity, finding focus under fire and understanding who we are as individuals and a part of a community of peers, neighbors and families. As Laura often says on stage, “when we better know who we are, we better know what we can give.”

Lastly and most importantly, Laura discussed embracing a “Moonshot Mentality” which is a phrase she coined to describe how we can better approach challenges, solutions and successes collaboratively. Laura draws on the approach to the space race, JFK’s address to the Congress and the nation 60 years ago, and uses that to launch into what we can gleam from that in our own lives – professionally and personally when we work together for a greater goal.
